Shani Pride is being praised as Hollywood’s latest fresh face. She is on the brink of superstardom and taking the industry by storm – an accomplished actress, mentored by Academy Award-winning actor Sidney Poitier, and an aspiring producer.

Shani is currently working on the film Grande’ Larceny – a film that she and Cedric The Entertainer are co-producing and she will co-star in.

Shani co-starred in Love Don’t Cost a Thing with Nick Cannon, Christina Milian and Steve Harvey, and garnered critical acclaim for her work on MTV’s The Real World Movie.

In addition, she has done a substantial amount of work on television on shows like CSI Miami, Charmed, Boston Public, Strong Medicine, Hang Time, One World and Just For Kicks produced by Whoopi Goldberg.

Shani attended UCLA Theater School and began her quest in theatre as an adolescent while at the LOS ANGELES HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS. It was here that she starred in her first play, Breaking the Cycle – a play about breaking the negative addictive cycles in our lives.

Shani is well on her way to becoming an influential and successful actor. She has a slew of independent films under her belt, including Legacy, Prenups, The Vault, The Vault, True Stories, and One Special Moment. She is definitely one to watch and Tinseltown is taking note.
